• We’ll schedule the service visit at your convenience. Two hour time window is standard but we can always accommodate you schedule.
• Our technician will show up on time. In a rare occasions, If he’s running late he’ll contact you.
• He will inspect your appliance and explain the problem as well as the solution. You will get the estimated repair cost and time. He will not charge you service fee if you agree to repair your appliance with us.
• After your approval, if possible he will fix your appliance right away. If he need to order replacement part he will inform you for the day and time he’ll return to finish the repair.
